Justina has a Masters Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with focus in recruitment and employee engagement. In previous work, when a tool or system wasn’t available, she built one from scratch.
Justina started her recruiting experience in January 2013 and has supported various diverse organizations with their staffing needs. She has sourced for high turnover, specialized skillsets, and minimum wage occupations in challenging work environments. She owned an HR Consulting LLC in Connecticut with an achieved hiring ratio of 1 hire per every 3.5 days. The key to her success lies in her passion of diving into the company culture and needs, and while also learning the drivers of and building relationships with individuals seeking their next adventure.
The Aylmer family sold their home in Connecticut and dove all-in to the work camping lifestyle. As Justina met fellow workcampers and built relationships with park management/owners, she started to see a need for an expert liaison to facilitate the match-making. She is motivated by the challenge of a perfect pairing. Utilizing her expertise and experience as a workcamper, she lightens the load for destinations searching for the right fit for their team.
